Acoustic Advisor Activity • Review and endorsement of

o The latest revision (Rev 12) of the CNVIS for Local Area & Utility Works (LAUW) at Crows Nest

o CNVIS for LAUW at the Marrickville Dive Worksite o A number of out of hours work (OOHW) applications for Sydney Yard Access Bridge

(SYAB), NCW and TSE sites (Victoria Cross, Sydenham) • Attendance at Sydney Metro meetings with Department of Planning & Environment and with TSE

and SYAB contractors

Inspections, audits and site visits AA site inspection of noise management at the Chatswood Dive worksite (28/02/18).

Noise and vibration complaints • Noise and vibration complaints from SYAB, NCW, Barangaroo, Bligh Street, Chatswood, Crows

Nest, Marrickville, Martin Place North, Pitt Street North, Victoria Cross and Waterloo – dealt with appropriately by contractors.

• Complaints were caused by a number of different activities, being a mix of daytime and out of hour works, with work activities including construction of piling pads, general demolition activity, out of hour vegetation clearing and utilities works and ongoing work related to construction of acoustic sheds.

• AA met with complainant at 9-11 Nelson Street, Chatswood, facilitated by Complaints Commissioner (28/2/18)

Ongoing and upcoming environmental risks • Ongoing review of implementation of noise and vibration mitigation and management

commitments during structural demolition and TSE site establishment, local area and utilities works

• Potential cumulative impacts as NCW works commence near TSE works at Chatswood Dive site
