BY DIE VEEARTS

Op ’n dag kom Jodi by die huis na skool. Sy soek haar kat,

Marmite. Sy kyk in Marmite se mandjie, in die kombuis en op al

Marmite se gewone

wegkruipplekke. Uiteindelik vra

sy haar pa om te help soek.

Hulle kry haar onder die tafel in

die eetkamer. Sy lê net en lyk

baie hartseer. Arme Marmite lyk

baie siek.

Jodi en haar pa sit Marmite in

haar drahokkie. Hulle klim in die

motor en ry veearts toe. Daar

sien hulle die veearts is baie

besig. Daar wag honde, katte

en selfs ’n hamster om haar te

sien. Sy ondersoek Marmite en sien die arme kat het van Jodi se

gunsteling kougom ingesluk! Ai tog, Marmite!
