Power Up Iowa Wind Day
Power Up Iowa is a statewide coalition of individuals and companies supporting renewable energy and
sharing its economic benefits. Have a virtual look at the inside of a wind tower, and learn about the
many positive impacts wind energy has had in rural towns and cities across Iowa!
Veterans Day
Active and retired members of the United States Military and their spouses can show their military IDs
from 7 a.m. until 5 p.m. for $9 gate admission. Special events include a parade at 11 a.m. on the Grand
Concourse and performances by the Iowa Military Veterans Band and the Military Tribute Concert
honoring Iowa’s veterans.
Gate Admission
Adult (ages 12+): $12
Child (ages 6-11): $6
Under 5: FREE
Special Savings
$9 for active and retired members of the United States military and their spouse until 5 p.m. Must have
military ID.
Gate Admission from 5 p.m. - 10 p.m. is $9 for adults, $5 for ages 6-11
Thrill Pass Wristband Good throughout the Fair on any ride or game in Thrill Town and Thrill Ville. Wristbands are available for purchase and can be reloaded at any Thrill Parks booth. Pricing for ride or game credits are as follows: $20 for 25 credits* $30 for 40 credits * $1 for 1 credit*
*Wristbands are not valid in Thrill Zone
*Upon initial purchase of a Thrill Pass Wristband, a one-time $1.00 wristband fee is charged
