WBPESPL Engineer Mr. SWARN SUMAN visited site on 12/03/2014 and left on 15/03/2014(5.00PM). Following jobs has been completed: 1. MPI communication established between primary controller and PG/PC(Laptop) .2. MPI communication established between secondary controller and PG/PC(Laptop).3. Profibus communication established between primary controller and main plc I/O rack.4. Profibus communication established between primary controller and remote I/O rack.5. Profibus communication established between primary controller and drive G120.6. MPI communication established between primary controller and HMI(OP).7. HMI backup incorporated in operator panel.8. Drive operated from plc through profibus and run in forward and reverse direction with set point 70 to 80 RPM supplied from HMI.

Following jobs has been Pending: 9. Redundancy will be establish after replacing of IM module in next visit of M/s Pespl.10. M/s Pespl request M/s JSPL to make site ready before next visit which includes IO testing .11. M/s JSPL will inform to M/s Pespl two day before of Load Trail of Equipment.12. Travel Encoder will be communicated through profibus after readiness of field.
