XSEM are a leading event management company

with a track record of running high profi le golf

tournaments for leading companies such as

Molson Coors, Speedy, PPG, WAVIN, Experior,

NOKIA, Capita and the European Seniors Tour.

XSEM have organised numerous standalone golf

events for Molson Coors and we are aware that

there are also numerous other Molson Coors

golf events that happen.

Instead of Molson Coors running standalone golf

days for their clients and partners, XSEM are

proposing that this regional budget is collected

together and used to run a high profi le national

tournament. The prize for the winners will be a fi rst

class golfi ng experience with Molson Coors key

accounts in one of Europe’s fi nest golf destinations.

XSEM MANAGEMENT OF GUEST REGISTRATION

EMAIL INVITE PROCESSThe XSEM in house team would design an email

invite to be sent out to your customers. This email

invite will have a link to register that will direct

clients to your own personalised golf website.

From here guests will be able to launch the

tournament website and register their information

which will then be handled by our in house

Golf Team.

XSEM would also use social media through

Facebook and Twitter to promote the event

within your business.

POST REGISTRATION COMMUNICATIONOnce the client has registered they will receive

an email confi rmation and email version of the

itinerary 6 weeks prior to the event. This will

then be followed up with a hard copy itinerary

that they will receive 2 weeks prior to the event.

Examples of these can be seen above. XSEM also

have the ability to send out text messages on

behalf of our clients two days prior to the event

to ensure a very strong communication path.

REGISTRATIONXSEM own a sophisticated registration software

solution that we would use to register all the players

for this event. The system is used extensively in

all XSEM’s golf tournaments and for our larger

conference events where we regularly register

up to 2000 delegates.

When clients register they receive an automated

response confi rming their registration details.

XSEM would take full responsibility of the database

for each event to take pressure internal staff and

make sure all customers have consistent

communication of their registration and

upcoming participation.

TOURNAMENT WEBSITEXSEM will build a full tournament website that

will give all the information regarding the events.

The website will include the following.

• Tournament format

• Competition format

• How to enter

• Terms and conditions

• Online registration

• Regional venue information and Itinerary

• Final venue information and itinerary

• Competition results post event

ON THE DAY FIRST IMPRESSIONSFrom the moment guests arrive on site they

will know immediately that they are going to

be playing in a very professionally run tournament.

The PGA qualifi ed event staff complete with

uniforms will greet guests and explain the

event format and explain how the day will

progress.

REGISTRATIONThe registration desk will be professionally

set up complete with plasma screen showing

competition format, pre-printed score cards and

a goody bag that is always complete with top of

the range golfi ng gifts. These gifts are chosen for

golfers by golfers ensuring quality and usefulness

of product. XSEM have accounts with all the major

manufacturers ensuring best price.

ONCOURSE SIGNAGEWith XSEM already owning European Tour standard

tee signage our clients benefi t by being able to

brand their event to the highest of standards.

XSEM only charge the clients for the printing

and will also store the signage for the client

until the following year’s events.

TEE MARKERSXSEM own numerous sets of tee markers that

we transport round to our clients golf days.

The markers are metal and each client has

a set of magnetics logos produced that we

attach on per event. XSEM will store these

for the client and again they are an investment

that can last 3 seasons. Individual tees can be

sponsored by your other brands or suppliers.

three good loops of 9 holes. In 2010 it was home to the Senior

Spanish Open and in 2011 it hosted the Ladies Spanish Open.

COST MODELThe cost model is based on the following:

• 12 Regional venues entertaining 864 golfers

• 16 golfers at the fi nal (12 qualifi ers and 4 additional

(senior employees and wildcards)

• Full pre event management and administration including

o All design work

o Website build and monitoring

o Fully automated online registration system

o All tournament collateral, invites, itineraries etc.

• Registration

• Goody bag to include sleeve of balls, tees and poker chip

• Bacon rolls and coffee served on arrival

• 18 holes of golf

• Full European Tour standard Tee branding for sponsors

• Longest drive and nearest the pin

The fi nal will take place at a fi ve star resort in southern

Spain to include:
