・3つの主要グループでの予後の違い

(1)Low-grade T-cell (TZL)

→比較的長期生存可能

(2)High-grade T-cell (LBT,PTCL)

→抗がん剤への反応が悪く、予後が短い

(3)High and Low–grade B-cell (MZL,DLBCL,BL)

→(1)(2)の中間の生存率

→High grade と Low gradeで予後変わらない

DISCUSSION

・DLBCLとMZLの分子類似性

  WHO分類でも区別が難しい   胚または濾胞中心部起源   免疫表現、分子活性マーカーを共有

  MZLが初期段階で臨床徴候がない →同じ疾患の連続体であることを示唆

・ BLとMZLに関して

→BLはDLBCLと遺伝子解析で区別できなかった

・ MZLにT細胞が存在

  炎症性T細胞による免疫応答   調節性T細胞による炎症及び免疫応答の軽減 →無症状期間の要因?

CONCLUSION

・予後と関連した3つのサブタイプに分類

・4つの遺伝子発現を測定する方法を確立

→感度と特異度や正と負の予測値の確立が必要

・その他のサブタイプでの予後との関連性の定義

→獣医病理学者および獣医腫瘍医の間で協力が必要
