Modern WP2 review: action items (1/2)

• Meeting review:• Andre to post presentations on Modern web page W#41

• Contact list: • Andre to collect updates from UNGL (Asen), Micron(Loris) and AMS(Jong Mun), and

distribute W#41

• Task 2.1: • D2.1.2 accepted for publication within 2 days (Andre)

• Task 2.2: • D2.2.5 now posted• D2.2.6 Andre to contact STF2 representative to define contribution W#41

• Task 2.3:• D2.3.3 UNGL(Asen) to add amendement (Ion statistical variability figures added to STF2

HW data) . Done on Oct 07.• IMEP (Gerard) will update deliverable W#41

• Task 2.5:• D2.5.2: delay from M30 (August) to M32(October) to include NXP contribution• D2.5.3: delay from M33 (November 2011) to M35 (January 2012) to include

STF2 contribution (HW delay)

• Poster for Nanoelectronics forum, Nov 2011• WP2 poster page requires updates suggested by Micron, SNPS, AMS, STF2:

Andre to send proposed updated poster and review by all within W#41

• In view of Modern project review (May 3, 2012): • Prepare qualitative and possibly quantitative figures (e.g. efficiency and

accuracy of simulation) on how the methodologies developped to account for process variations/ statistical variability/ statistical reliability in the development of integrated/discrete devices superseeds the state-of-art.
