EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Mmowa Projects (Pty) Ltd has been founded in Witbank, South Africa with Reg. No:

2015/022137/07. The Company set out itself to be one of a leading contract security firm in

the mining, corporate, industrial, commercial, and construction industries. The Company is

a hundred percent black-owned Company aiming at providing a full security solution to

individuals, business and communities. Built on the premise that security and safety in our

country is in a downward spiral, Mmowa Projects (Pty) Ltd strives to be a major contributing

factor in correcting this trend. Our offices are based in eMalahleni, Mpumalanga.

The Company provides quite a number of unique specialized services which include

uniformed guarding services, executive protection as well as event security management.

The Company surpasses our competition in meeting the standards of what a security guard

company consists of in the industry today. As a security provider we provide much more

than to deter, detect and report. We have a big vision of being the most admired and

market leader in provision of total security solutions. Starting with small communities,

RECRUITMENT

Adapting to the special needs of our client’s and individualizing our services is our

company policy. Hence guards are recruited for each post, keeping in mind the

personality and profile desired by the client. Our essential recruitment criteria are as follows:

Must be physically fit and mentally robust.

Minimum height should at least be 5’6.

Should be minimum matriculate but intermediates are preferred and age in the

span from 21 years.

Must have reliable references in security industry.
