As an Account Maximization & Operations CS intern at Zerve, I provide high-end customer service by fielding incoming phone calls from clients, assisting them in purchasing tickets to activities and events all over the country. Aside from answering phones and assisting customers, I work closely with the Account Maximization & Operations team to help our partners with SEO analysis, client outreach, website integration, and creating mobile-friendly sites.

As Head Cashier, I interactively communicated with customers & management while processing merchandise, inventory, money & deposits, as well as upholding company responsibilities. These include: maintaining confidentiality about products, adhering to company policies, answering phones, using a POS system, effectively managing time, and following codes of conduct in a fast-paced environment. Head cashiers act as Assistant Managers in training & have high levels of customer service and team management skills.

As an intern for Shannon Leahy Events, I worked closely with the head planners of weddings and high-end events to learn the ways of event planning.
