CDU&VDU operations &improvements 1.HVGO section was getting flooded due to TIC gets wetted due to rain and CDU&FCCU S/D due to this, with a pre recorded MV the TIV kept in manual control and saved further S/D2. LSRG was suggested as solvent for local vegetable oil refining plant (and import of Hexane was eliminated) saving foreign exchange to Nigeria) 3. Export of HVGO surplus was initiated
