Gate valves face-to-face dimensions F4, F5, F15 DIN 3202 are used as stop valves in
pipelines. Flow interruptions arise when wedge is sliding down the body vertically to
flow direction. Invisible wedge, used as a closing system, is made with rigid sealing
surfaces. The wedge construction enables the valve to seal regardless to eventual
deformations of the body. Wedge rises and falls by revolving of axial immobile stem
with inside thread in the wedge nut. Sealing surfaces in the body and wedge are with
slight slope, which enables the valve to be built in regardless to the direction of flow.
Stuffing boxes are made in upper side of valve with square graphite ring or O – rings.

Swing check valve is a shut-off device allowing media to flow in one direction only. The disc is opened by the flow of
media, and closed by its own weight, load weight and back flow of media. Swing check valve always has a lever and
weight fitted on its left side looking in the flow direction. Swing check valve can be operated by damping device that
enables smooth closing to avoid hydraulic shock in pipeline. Swing check valve can be built in both horizontal and
vertical pipelines. Based on the installation and media flow, the lever and weight angle must be adjusted. In the body is
a disc revolving in eccentrically positioned bearings placed out of sealing surfaces. Due to the fact that the axis of
rotation is always on the gravity line of the upper half of the disc, with the total gravity centre below the axis and having
changeable position to flow direction, the disc will always tend to close.

Butterfly check valve “Priklopac” is a shut-off device allowing media to flow in one direction only. The disc is
opened by the flow of media, and closed by its own weight, load weight and back flow of media. Butterfly check
valve always has a lever and weight fitted on its left side looking in the flow direction. Butterfly check valve can
be operated by damping device that enables smooth closing to avoid hydraulic shock in pipeline. Butterfly
check valve can be built in both horizontal and vertical pipelines. Based on the installation and media flow, the
lever and weight angle must be adjusted. In the tube shaped body is a disc revolving in eccentrically positioned
bearings places out of sealing surfaces. Maximum disc aperture is 85º. Due to the fact that the axis of rotation is
always on the gravity line of the upper half of the disc, with the total gravity centre below the axis and having
changeable position to flow direction, the disc will always tend to close. By dividing the disc along the axis in two
different disc areas subjected to uniformly distributed water pressure, two opposite closing moments of
different values appear on the turning axes. In this way, the total closing moment is decreased resulting in a
considerably smoother disc stroke compared to standard check valve.

Butterfly valve is a modern shut off and flow control device in pipelines and shipbuilding. It is used in flow media up to 80ºC (in short terms up to 120ºC). Break off of the flow is achieved by turning the disc tightly fastened on the stem. Reliable sealing is secured by hard leaning of the disc on the body-sealing surface. Sealing gasket is on the valve disc. The ring that is fastened to the disc with bolts holds it. When mounting the valve to the pipeline, sealing ring must be fully tightened. That way the tightness between disc and sealing ring is increased and sealing fully obtained.

The automatic air inlet-relief valve allows deareation during pipe line operation as well as entrance and
exit of air in the course of pipe line filling and empting, securing thereby an undisturbed pipe line
operation. The functioning is self-acting on the principle of ball buoyancy and pressure difference
between pipe line interior and atmosphere. The air inlet-relief valve consists of two chambers and a
shut-off valve in the center (only V6-01), which must be continually open during operation. The left
chamber is assigned for relief of small and the right one for inlet and relief of large volumes of air. The
air inlet-relief valve is located at the highest pipe line bends.

This hydrant is installed on a piping
system for various purposes, as for
example street washing, green area
watering etc. The installation is
carried out almost under the ground
surface itself, so its application is
restricted to areas where freezing
does not come on.
The surface hydrant is installed on a water pipe for the purpose of taking water for fire
extinguishing or filling the water pipe system. This hydrant is installed nearby structures such as
hospitals, schools, theatres, industrial buildings, etc.
On account of its exclusive appearance this hydrant fits well with its surroundings being a
decoration on public spaces especially in hearts of the old towns.
The hydrant is designed so that in case of an impact only the column breaks at a specified place
in the upper portion, while the hydrant valve remains in closed position. Only the specific hydrant
part must be replaced in this case.
The surface hydrant can be delivered without drainage valve. The water rest is exhausted with a
hand pump. This design suits areas with high level of underground water.
For the connection of a fire brigade hose, hydrants DN 80 are provided with two upper C-couplings (Φ 50) according to DIN 14317 and one bottom B-coupling (Φ 65) according to DIN
14318.
For the connection of a fire brigade hose, hydrants DN 100 are provided with two upper B-couplings (Φ 65) according to DIN 14318 and one bottom A-coupling (Φ 100) according to DIN
14319.
