_< Minutes of Review Meeting on Digital MSME Scheme held on 09.06.2017 at 3.30 P.M. in 0/0 DC (MSME) A review meeting on Digital MSME scheme was held on 09.06.2017 under the Chairmanship of AS&DC (MSME) to review the progress of various activities involved in launching of Digital MSME scheme on 27.06.2017 during MSME Day. List of participants is enclosed. 2. During the proceedings of the meeting, following issues were deliberated: (i) Draft of brochure on Digital MSME scheme being prepared by TCIL was discussed and it was directed by AS&DC that logo of Digital India should also be incorporated on the front page alongwith % DC (MSME) and TCIL logo. Rest of the content were agreed upon and TCIL was asked to go ahead for printing. (ii) Regarding launch of services on NIC server through MSME portal initially, it was decided that to begin with, a web page for this purpose should be designed immediately jointly by TCIL and NIC. The page should contain icons showing scheme guidelines, registration process, relevant information on Digital MSME, videos etc. It should be as informative as possible. The page should be designed on the lines of the page for students applying any training programmes in various Technology Centres of % DC (MSME). The page should show 4 boxes, one each for total number of MSMEs applied for services, number of MSMEs whose request admitted & endorsed by TCIL, number of MSMEs using the services and number of MSMEs that fully availed the services and hence were eligible for subsidy. The request by MSME should be Aadhar linked and subsidy will be disbursed through DBT route. (iii) Unit applying for services through this MSME page will be routed to TCIL as well as service provider portal and will make necessary payments through payment gateways after selecting the desired service. (iv) ADC (PS) desired that first cut of this web page should be ready by 12.06.2017 evening for further evaluation. (v) AS&DC directed that the rates of services by various service providers should be highlighted under categories like market rate, special price to MSMEs and under subsidy category separately so that the customer may get an idea of economy of services being offered under the scheme. Further, the services under all verticals ie., ERP, Accounts, Design, Regulatory Compliances etc should be classified in 3 categories namely Basic, Standard & Premium depending upon the modules covered in respective vertical. (vi) Regarding media plan, TCIL presented draft of SMS to be used for propagating the scheme. The draft of SMS was agreed by AS&DC. In addition, TCIL was directed to design 20 draft SMS for social media and about 70 twitter messages. (vii) TCIL was asked to prepare a draft of newspaper advertisement in line with 'MSME data bank' advertisement published by % DC (MSME) recently (viii) TCIL was asked to prepare a video film of 8-10 minutes duration regarding scheme concept, implementation strategy etc. This film may be used during workshops,

(ix) It was also desired that each service provider should also make short films in rio theirservices for dissipating information to their respective clients.
