Minutes of the 20th meeting of ALERC (Fourth Annual Meeting)

(Directors present: Nicky Court, Darwyn Sumner, Tim Corner, Eric Fletcher, Mark Wills, Craig Slawson, Teresa Frost, Aisling Carrick, Martin Horlock, Mandy Rudd & Simon Wood)The Chairman declared the meeting open at 14:30Apologies1. No apologies were receivedChairman’s Report (Gary Lewis)2. The outgoing Chairman, Gary Lewis had previously summarised progress with ALERC during the his time as Chair. Nicky Court had been elected as Chair and she gave thanks to Gary for all his efforts, presenting him with a card and gift.Treasurer’s Report (Nicky Court)3. The treasurer had circulated a summary of the finances (ALERC Finances 2012-2013 final simplified1) which was briefly outlined at this meetingAppointments4. The Company Secretary summarised the appointments made during the year.DirectorsAt an Extra-ordinary general meeting arising from the standing-down of Gary Lewis, the following changes in the roles of Directors had arisen: Chair: Nicky Court, Treasurer: Eric Fletcher, Vice Chair: Mark Wills, resigned: Aisling Carrick & Gary LewisAdditional elections to the board of Directors: Adam RoweAny Other Business5.
