Teachers: Mrs. Aneta Palinska, Mrs. Regina BoksaAccording to the project program, on the 5th of November 2012, all the

participants arrived at Esenbofa Airport in Ankara, where they were welcomed bythe coordinator of the Turkish school. After they arrival, we had together a shorttour of Ankara City and then we went to Kirsehir. On their way to Kirsehir Town,the teachers talked about the issues concerning the pupils' accommodation with thehost families. After the teachers' accommodation at the hotel, where the guestswere welcomed by the Turkish school staff and parents, the pupils went to their hostfamilies.

On the 6th of Novembe r 2012, all teachers and pupils have participated toindoor and outdoor activities:- At Terme Hotel, the teachers' accommodation place, in the Conference Hall, therewas a presentation about the introduction of the Voices art and we overwieved ofthe Voices process. The participants leant how to design Voices books and posters.

- At Gtizler Park from Kirsehir, there was an outdoor gallery walk and the pupilsand the teachers created Voices art. Then there was an introduction to VoicesPoetry and the pupils and the teachers wrote poetry about their artworks-

On the 7th November 2012, all partners had an outdoor activity entitled"Discovery Walk", a work programme called "Oral Performance", a meeting withthe Educational Board head from Kirsehir at his Office and a City Tour of Krrsehir.

On the 8th November 2012 all Comenius partners were welcomed at"Cumhuriyet Ortaokulu" with flowers by the Turkish pupils and teachers. There, allparticipants showed their presentations about their countries, cities, towns, talkedabout their educational systems and planned the next meetings. The coordinatorsand their colleagues organiyed the contests for choosing the logo and the anthem ofthe project "The Voices from the Land", a very captivating activity, especially forthe pupils. In the afternoon, all the partners have participated to the different classesand courses: Demonstrative Geography & History Lesson (teacher Yasemin Akyoland Sevim Tavus), Gastronomic Activity - Contest and Practice (teacher HaticeOzen), Folk Peasant Activity (teacher Nihat Yrldrz). In the evening, the partnersattended a meeting with the Representative Committee of Parents and the PupilsCouncil. They have learned about the pedagogical methods and the managementissues of the Turkish educational system.

On the 9th November 2012, the participants took part in an informal trip toCappadocia, having a good opportunity to visit an Open Air Museum as well as tohave Utgiip Goreme and Ughisar Cities tour. Besides, all the participants had theopportunity to watch a Turkish Culture Show.

On the 10th November 2012, we visited Cacabey Mosque and othermuseums in Kirsehir Town, activities followed by a final project meeting. Themobilities have been re-discussed and it was established that the following projectmeetings will be in: 4-10 Marbh, 2013 - Spain; 20-26 Muy, 20t3 - Italy. We alsohad open discussions about the importance and efficiency of this project. Thecertificates of participation at the project meeting have been awarded. Satisfactionquestionnaires have been filled in and conclusions have been drawn. To conclude

the meeting an integration meeting with the whole staff of the Turkish school tookplace. All the partners involved in the project have approved the final decisions.Friendship could be read on our faces all the time. That's why, the last day, that offarewell was difficult for all of us.

On the llth November 2012, it took place the departure of the participantsby bus to Ankara, Esenbo[a Airport, a moment full of emotion, in which, teachers,pupils and parents expressed the satisfaction for spending good times together, torealize areal exchange of experiences, at European standards.

In those days they spent in our city, foreign pupils have participated in allactivities that took place in our school pupils (lessons, homework, extracurricularactivities, etc.).

We can say that the success of all these activities owe a full collaborationbetween partner schools, parents and the local community.
