Millennium manufactures millions of square meters every year and to assist our customers we have developed a sophisticated inventory management system to deliver mat products to our customers on demand. Through understanding your inventory requirements with quarterly forecasts, Millennium can guarantee that we will have inventory ready to ship as your business demands.

We strive to provide quick and efficient service through understanding your needs. Our below lead times are based on an assumption of potential volumes and can not be guaranteed unless pre agreed stock levels are provided.

Lead-time is defined as the time from confirmation of order receipt by Millennium to dispatch of goods.

In order to minimize lead-times, maximize production efficiencies and keep prices down, Millennium will work closely with customers and can keep agreed stock levels in inventory. This will enable Millennium to dispatch standard mats, message mats, and rubber mats within 48 hours of a confirmed order, subject to availability of freight services.

Millennium UK inventory replenished based on agreed stock levels. Transit time is 13 business days.

With our 53 colours there are endless possibilities for your customers but we understand that a few customers have specific branding needs which require PMS colour matching. Millennium charges a fee for colour matching to cover materials of dye, carpet and printing time used to match each colour.

Millennium designed a customized online portal for processing artwork and orders for all customers called Envision. Our technology allows all users to submit new sketches, make variations to current sketches and quickly order logo mats in just a few simple clicks. Designers are based all around the world to meet quick turn around demands for artwork. We have taken all the steps to make growing your business fast and easy and we know you will find our services well worth the small artwork fees.

• We recommend that PMS Colours are used wisely and sparingly, to maximize effect. • All sketches with PMS colours on Envision are highlighted with a PMS icon to alert users to

the cost of ordering the design.

Universal Pantone Colour Matching Standard
