Who we are

• A Bulgarian company established in 1976 as Institute for Defense Electronics, which goal was to provide R&D and manufacturing of electronics products and systems for domestic and foreign government needs• Privatized in 2002 and currently is 100% private owned by Miltech Ltd• Announced in 2004 as Strategic Partner of the Bulgarian Ministry of Defense• Nowadays “Electron Progress” EAD continues to develop, manufacture and integrate communication and information systems for the defense and the national security• “Electron Progress” EAD has sustained in the leadership of the Bulgarian Defense Industry for more than 35 years, continuing to expand its capabilities and offering products and systems based on cutting edge technologies

Military Command Center

MCC is operating authority of the General Staff of Ministry of Defense. The center discloses the personnel, the forces on duty, the rapid reaction forces and brings the

Armed Forces and the country to higher level of combat readiness.

Military Command Center MCC constantly monitor the changes in the military - political situation, collect and

analyze data from military and civil sources, prepare periodic summary reports, make forecasts to the military (civil) management about potential risks and threats of military and non-military characteristics and give suggestions how to use the armed forces. Collect and summarize the needed data about the state of the Bulgarian Army

and prepare daily and periodic reports.

Military Command Center Ensure the management of the Armed Forces during solving different crisis

characteristics. Module units are managed form MCC during liquidating the consequences of disasters and industrial accidents. The activities are

coordinated and the interaction is maintained with the situation centers of Bulgarian Council of Ministers, Ministries, agencies, district and municipal

administration, the representation of Republic of Bulgaria in Brussels and the NATO neighbor countries.
