Arthur Morris and Partners (Pty) Ltd. was established in Cape Town, South Africa in October 1993 as an electrical and electronic Consulting Engineering practise. The three founding directors were Arthur Morris, Ebrahim Abrahams and Johan Botha. Milestones & MOMENTS IN HISTORY 1993 THE BEGINNING The company established a mechanical department in 1995 under the leadership of a newly appointed Director, Nico Janse van Rensburg. 1995 Both Arthur Morris and Nico Janse van Rensburg retired in 2001. The company structure changed and new directors, shareholders and associates were appointed. Charl Esterhuysen was appointed as the new Mechanical Director. 2001 The Company name changed to Triocon Consulting Engineers (Pty) Ltd. and the Directors were Ebrahim Abrahams Pr Eng (Executive Chairman), Johan Botha Pr Tech Eng (Managing Director) and Charl Esterhuysen Pr Eng (Director). 2005 2006 2012 2013 2014 2016 FIND OUT MORE VISIT www.triocon.co.za Triocon Consulting Engineers Eastern Cape (Pty) Ltd. was registered in Port Elizabeth as a separate company and John Gant Pr Eng was appointed as the local Regional Director. Triocon Consulting Engineers established a Fire Department in 2012 under the leadership of Niel Mostert Pr Eng Mechanical Engineer. A new office was opened in Centurion. Triocon Consulting Engineers Eastern Cape (Pty) Ltd. was dissolved and incorporated into the original Triocon Consulting Engineers (Pty) Ltd. with the three offices (Cape Town, Port Elizabeth and Centurion) John Gant was elected and appointed as a Director to Triocon Consulting Engineers (Pty) Ltd. Triocon Consulting Engineers (Pty) Ltd. became a subsidiary of the NAKO Group and the newly elected Directors were: Ebrahim Abrahams Pr Eng (Executive Chairman), Johan Botha Pr Tech Eng (Managing Director/CEO), Charl Esterhuysen Pr Eng (Director), John Gant Pr Eng (Director), Felix Fongoqa Pr Eng (Director), Eldred Boonzaaier Pr Eng (Director). Triocon Consulting Engineers Eastern Cape (Pty) Ltd. was registered in Port Elizabeth as a separate company and John Gant Pr Eng was appointed as the local Regional Director.
