Contractual terms The terms for participation in the Microsphere Formulation Summit 2014 are the Special Conditions for Participation to the Microsphere Formulation Summit 2014, the PSL site regulations, the technical and other conditions notified to the delegate before the summit begins. 4. Delegates and entrance tickets Admissible delegates to the summit are holders of a valid entrance ticket provided by the organizer. Tickets do not include travel or accommodation. 5. Payment conditions The full entrance ticket will be charged to delegate on confirmation of order. Any payments are due by the date shown on the invoice. Invoices are payable in full. An entitlement to access the summit exists only after payment of invoices in full. The delegate is to provide proof of payment if entrance ticket is missing or questioned. 6. Cancellations Cancellations must be received in writing (letter or email) and will be acknowledged in writing. Cancellations received before the start of the event, regardless of date booked, will incur a 100% administration charge. 8. Modification The organizer reserves the right to cancel, postpone or relocate the summit, to shorten or lengthen the summit.

Whilst the programme is correct at time of going to press, PSL reserves the right to change details of the summit without notice. Alterations may occasionally be necessary due to circumstances beyond our control. 9. Disclaimer Views expressed by speakers are their own. PSL disclaims any liability for advice given, or views expressed, by any speaker at the summit or in any document provided to the delegates. 10. Privacy Professional photography and video production will be taking place at the summit, and these images may be used on future promotional materials. Please note that by attending the event, you are giving your consent for your image to be used on any PSL promotional materials 11. Health and Safety Notice The delegate is aware that the summit is held in a manufacturing working area and not an exhibition hall. PSL will continue its normal activities during the day and technicians are expected to work within the same premises. PSL policy complies with the terms of the Health & Safety at Work Act and the Management of Health & Safety at Work Regulations 1999. The manufacturing area will be exceptionally adapted to suit the workshop afternoon with a clearly marked zone where delegates and exhibitors will be allowed to walk on without the use of PPE. It will be formally forbidden to cross safety barriers at all time and access the building without being escorted. 11. Delegates claims, written form, place of fulfilment, jurisdiction All claims against the organizer must be made in writing. The statutory period of limitation begins on the last day of the summit. Agreements that deviate from these or supplementary terms must be in writing. UK law and the UK text shall prevail. Place of fulfilment and jurisdiction is Liverpool. However, the organizer reserves the right to bring his claims before the court of the place at which the sponsor has his place of business.
