• Click “File” bottom in the top of the toolbar• Then click “New” bottom or Ctrl+N• Click “Blank database”.• Then, click “Create.

How to make a new table?How to make a new table?• Click “Create table in Design view” to create a table.• Then, a new table will appears, and just put a data that you want to put.• Choose which one that you want to put a data in the table• Example: -Name -Age -Birth date -Birth Place -Score

• Before you close and save your table, don’t forget to click “Primary Key”.

• Then, click “close” icon.• If the role is asking you, click “yes”.

How to make a new Query?How to make a new Query?

• Click “Queries” right the bottom under the “Tables” button.

• Then, click “ Create query in Design view” to create your new query.

• A new “Show table” will appears.• Then, click “Add” to choose • And it will appear like this.

• Before you close the query, don’t forget to save your query and click “Yes”

• And rename it and click “OK”.

How to make a Forms?How to make a Forms?• Click “Forms” and click “Create form by using wizard” button. • Form Wizard will appear and select the form and click 2 arrow icon.• After you move the form, click “next”.• Select the layout and choose one the circle without point. (Ex: Columnar)• And click “Next”

• Select the style that you want to choose. (Ex: Blends).• Click “Next”.• If the “Form Wizard” appears, gave a title of the form and

choose the “open the form to view or enter information” circle.

• And click “Finish”. • And the form appear like this.• And fill the empty box it.
