MICRO-CEMENT &COATINGSMicroCement is an exterior lining that can be applied to any hard surface, both indoors and out – furniture, walls, floors. This cement and quartz based product is 1 and 2mm thick. The smooth finish makes it ideal for a modern, minimalist design that can be easily combined with materials like wood and ceramic.

One of the great advantages of MicroCement is that it can be applied over existing linings. It’s a modern, tasteful alternative that entirely cuts out the dirt and disruption of traditional construction. With just a damp cloth and wax you can achieve a single continuous surface.

Using MicroCement means rapid application and easy maintenance.

MICROCEMENT SYSTEM COMPOSITION

THICKNESS– Between 1 and 2 mm

SUBBASE – It should be secure and free of moisture– There can be no rising or negative humidity– There should be no cracks

MIX RATIO – 2.8 to 3.2 parts powder for 1 part liquid (by volume)

STORAGE– Store in a dry, cool place in original closed container

SHELF LIFE– 6 months in closed container

APPLICATIONS

MICROCONCRETE

MicroConcrete has a slightly thicker surface than MicroCement at 2-3mm, and is ideal for tougher environments such as shops and exteriors.

Like MicroCement, you can apply MicroConcrete to interior and exterior surfaces, with no need for joins or breaks. It can be applied over existing materials and reduces the time needed for application and maintenance.

MicroConcrete has a smoother finish and is more slip-resistant than MicroCement but offers an equally clean and simple way of renovating your home or workspace.

FLUIDCONCRETE

FluidConcrete is a self-levelling indoor cement floor coating, 2-3mm thick and can be installed on top of all types of hard surfaces.

FluidConcrete is ideal for high-traffic environments such as shops, schools and restaurants. It’s a modern, tasteful alternative that entirely cuts out the dirt and disruption of traditional construction.

This product has a smooth, Polished-Concrete-like finish, that makes it perfect for a modern, minimalist design that can be easily combined with materials like wood and ceramic.

You can apply FluidConcrete to interior surfaces, with no need for joins or breaks. It can be applied over existing materials which reduces the time needed for application and maintenance.

FLUIDCONCRETE SYSTEM COMPOSITION

– FluidConcrete Powder– Water based Sealer– Polifan K12 Sealer

THICKNESS– Between 2 and 3 mm

SUBBASE – It should be secure and free of moisture– There can be no rising or negative humidity– There should be no cracks– Can be mortar, ceramic, porcelain, mosaic, concrete and marble– For cement bases install first a primer using concentrated liquid, Solvent base acrylic sealer or Resifan E primer

AQUACRETE SYSTEM COMPOSITION

– Bi-Component: AquaCrete Powder and Liquid AquaCrete

THICKNESS– Between 2 and 3 mm

SUBBASE – It should be secure and free of moisture– There can be no rising or negative humidity– There should be no cracks– It can be mortar, tiles or mini tiles

MIX RATIO – 3 – 3.5 AquaCrete Powder to 1 Liquid AquaCrete

AQUACRETE

AquaCrete is a cement and quartz based lining with colour, developed specifically for use in swimming pools, fountains, bodies of water and basins. It is 2 to 3 mm thick and the finish is similar to MicroConcrete.

It can be combined with MicroCement and MicroConcrete to achieve continuous surfaces and can be used on new or existing swimming pools allowing for quick renovation.

NEOCONCRETE SYSTEM COMPOSITION

– Quartz + Resifan + MicroConcrete Powder + Liquid Concentrate + Sealer + Wax

THICKNESS– Between 3 and 5 mm

SUBBASE – It should be secure and free of moisture– There can be no rising or negative humidity– There should be no cracks– It can be ceramic, porcelain or concrete- Do not apply over Resifan System + mesh

MIX RATIO – PieDrex System: 12 quartz to 1 Resifan E (by volume)- MicroConcrete: 3 powder, 1 Liquid

APPLICATIONS

- For floors and counter-tops; both indoor and outdoor- Recommended for commercial buildings, hotels, shopping malls, banks, light industries, airports, bus terminals, government or public administration buildings, etc.- Applicable on smoothed concrete, cement and ceramic coverings.

NEOCONCRETE

NeoConcrete coating is recommended for use in shopping centres, light industries and hotels among other high traffic places.

Mosaic or granitic with cement, quartz and resin-based colour, 4 mm thick, and made on site. Its most common uses are on highly resistant decorative flooring and polished finishes.

It is a combined system of PieDrex (Stone clad Facing + MicroCement (Sheet Asphalt.

OXICRETE SYSTEM COMPOSITION

SUBBASE - Cement areas, mortars or fully cured concrete- In fine mortars it can be applied wet

MIX RATIO – 3: 1 (3 comp A: 1 Comp B)– 3: 1: 1 (3 comp A: 1comp B: 1 muriatic acid) in the case one dilutes withmuriatic acid

COMPONENTS- Kit for 1.33 and 6.67 Litre

STORAGE– In closed original container and away from direct light

SHELF LIFE– 12 months in closed container

APPLICATIONS

- Applied on cement surfaces it gives a rusty iron or stone appearance- It is for commercial and residential use, both indoor and outdoor- It can be applied to floors and vertical surfaces (we recommend the application on vertical surfaces due to the wear the product can suffer on floors)- It is ideal for renovating rooms and old concrete surfaces- It gives a very original appearance

OXICRETE

Oxicrete is an acid system used to patinate and oxidize cement surfaces, mortars or concrete dams.

Applied on cement surfaces it gives it a rusty iron or stone look, and is ideal for transforming old concrete surfaces. It is a very good alternative to Corten steel, with the advantage of being less expensive.

It can be applied to MicroCement, MicroConcrete, ThinCrete and Smoothed Concrete.

RESIFAN SYSTEM COMPOSITION

Tri-component: Resin Comp A + Comp B + load

THICKNESS– Between 1 and 3 mm

SUBBASE- It should be secure and free of moisture- There can be no rising or negative humidity- There should not be any cracks- Can be mortar, concrete, and finely levelled mosaic- In the case of ceramics or the like, it must be previously levelled with Grueso(EDFAN Levelling paste)

COMPONENTS- Resifan PLN AU | 20kg bucket- Resifan CAT | kg.- Resifan Load | 40kg bag

APPLICATIONS- The polyurethane floors are ideal for the food industry (Due to the coating’sresistance to chemical products)- Great for making highly resistant, colour stable decorative flooring- Resifan Epoxy and polyurethane paints are perfect for both walls and floorsof garage areas or parking lots and can be applied to any flat and horizontalsurfaces- Ideal for anti-bacterial and hygienic floors in laboratories, clinics, or doctor’soffices- It can be applied on work tables as it is scratch-resistant

RESIFAN

Resifan coating is a self-levelling continuous coloured resin which is 2-3 mm thick. It is ideal for environments where continuity, a smooth finish and low maintenance are essential.

It’s method of application means continuous floors can be achieved in large dimensions and are highly resistant to wear. Resifan can be applied in homes as well as industrial spaces and shops and can be applied over existing finishes.

Unlike other coatings, such as MicroCement or MicroConcrete, Resifan does not streak and therefore it’s an ideal product for those who want a full or solid colour finish, achieving a sophisticated, minimalist effect. You can work with strong or soft colours and its appearance is similar to that of a polished vinyl floor.

Resifan does not require gaskets and can be applied on all types of hard surfaces – even existing ones – meaning less disruption on site.

REVOCOLOUR SYSTEM COMPOSITION

One component: RevoColour Powder

THICKNESS– Between 4 and 5 mm

AVAILABLE FINISHES- Paris Stone- Morelia

REVOCOLOUR

RevoColuor is a fine textured cementitious based plaster, with colour, 5mm thick.

The coating has a similar finish to either Paris Stone (fine texture) or Morelia (coarse texture).

It is for indoor and outdoor use exclusively on walls.In just one step you can replace fine plaster with patching plaster and paint, saving both time and costs because no additional colour is required.
