ENVAIR eco safe Classic Microbiological Safety Cabinets belong to the latest generation of laminar airflow systems, in which the choice of materials of construction of the highest quality guaranteesconformity to the strictest safety standards.

ENVAIR eco safe Classic vertical laminar flow cabinets are Class II Microbiological Safety Cabinets - designed and built to performance requirements of the EN-12469: 2000 European Standard, with 70% of the air re-circulated via the main Class H14 HEPA filter within the cabinet, whilst the remaining 30% is discharged through an exhaust Class H14 HEPA filter.

Safety Cabinets with automatic regulation and microprocessor based monitoring systems. These cabinets are suitable for hand-ling micro-organisms and pathogens as defined by the appropriate European and other International Standards, current health and safety guidelines and legislation aimed at safeguarding health and safety of operators at work. ENVAIR eco safe Classic Microbiological Safety Cabinets series are supplied with centrifugal fan to provide complete operator, product and environmental protection.

Airflow Vertical laminar flow sensor

Enhanced comfort and convenience10° backward-slanted safety grade glass provides protection from explosion and UV with more comfortable viewing than vertical sashes. Counterbalanced sliding sash can be raised to a maximum height for easy introduction of large items The position of the light tubes ensure excellent illumination over the whole working zone and reduces operator fatigue. The radiused edge prevents the potentially dangerous practice of placing materials in this area Silent working conditions save your brain, you can concentrate on work and even hear yourself thinking.

Easy to clean• The cabinet work zone has no welded joints to collect con-

taminants or rust.

Airflow velocity monitoring• Temperature-compensated airflow sensors monitor the

airflow constantly to ensure safe operating conditions are maintained.

• Two independent sensors (downflow/exhaust airflow) mean double security.

• Downflow sensor provides instant and precise feedback to the blower so that its speed remains constant regardless of changes in conditions, such as filter loading

• Velocities of airflow and temperature are inspected at re-al-time, and indicated on the control panel

• Alarm thresholds (±10% of the control point) are precisely controlled via microprocessor which guarantees excellent airflow performance

ULPA Filtration System• HFsafe LC biosafety cabinets are equipped with long life

ULPA filtration technology by Swedish Camfil Farr

• Supply and exhaust filters provide 99.999% typical efficien-cy for particle size of 0.1 to 0.2 microns, providing superior product protection over conventional HEPA filters.

• Silicate glass fiber treated with moisture-proof hydrophobic bonding agent is folded in aluminum alloy frame to enlarge filtration area.
