The “DUO” system is a very interesting invention:

an especially studied base for vices allows the installation of a standard

vice or a quick acting vice plus a special V shaped vice for the

longitudinal cut of very small samples (50 mm. max. length), with round

or hexagonal section (typical sample : screw bolt from 3M to 16M).

The best solution to obtain a perfect section in the maximum diametric

point.

This Series is based on the efficiency of their electronic parts,

which help the operator in his job. It is possible to set up each

step of the polishing cycle, in order to guarantee better

results with less efforts. The operator can change the settings

during the cycle. The PLC, digital electronic is controlled via

touch screen, with the possibility to store up to 150 programs

with 10 passwords. The electronic control of the parameters is

done with extreme precision in order to determine the

repeatability of the programs. The operator can store all the

cycle parameters: the working wheel rotational speed and

the direction, the pressure of the sample, the cycle time and

the control of the water and of the fluids used.

AUTOMATIC DISPENSER P 4By using the easy and intuitive touch screen, it is possible to set the number of pulses per minute and also

duration of each pulse.

The P4T version can be combined with any polishing machine of all brands and models, as an indipendently

programmable unit working in parallel with the machine.

The P4T dispenser, can be supplied as an optional with the automatic polishing machine Hitech Europe

AP311/T, controlled/programmed trough the touch screen of the machine.

As a first step, you can buy a Manual Polishing Machine MP311T with touch screen, which will control

the automatic head when you decide, in a second time, to combine it with the machine.

How to combine the automatic head with the Manual Polishing Machine?

It’s simple! The head will be plugged to the base, simply by putting the support cylinder into the base

and connecting it with the the electrical connector.

Even simpler is to add the dispenser P4T : position beside the machine and plug into the connector at

the base.
