April 2013 Subject: Kelsey Orr Fund-Raiser Dear Friend, Friends and family are responding to the needs of Kelsey Orr (daughter of Janelle Boyer and Ryan Orr), living in Chillicothe. Kelsey is a student at Illinois Central College and works part time at St Francis Hospital. She wants to become a nurse after being exposed to the medical profession in the needs given to her Uncle Billy (Galindo) and the care given to him by her Grandmother. Kelsey is 20 years old and graduated from St. Edward grade school and Illinois Valley Central high school. Now at 20 years old, Kelsey is currently battling a new obstacle. Kelsey was diagnosed with a Brain tumor March 20, 2013. Kelsey and her parents need our help to offset medical expenses , which is the purpose behind this request. We are asking your business to donate merchandise and/or services for a raffle prize or to be auctioned off at the “Kelsey’s Krusade – benefit to be held on Saturday, July 13, beginning at 3:00 p.m. at the Peoria Casting Club in Chillicothe. The event that will also have children’s games, live music, food and drink available for all. Please consider this request. Or please call Marcia at 264-5705 or Phyllis at 550-8418. If you have any questions. We will be adding all businesses donating to the event to a banner to be displayed.
