    The Mentorship Circle event will bring together approximately 30 EHL Calgary members and3 guest mentors (local health leaders) to learn together, build relationships and interact over

    specific health and leadership-related topics. During 25 minute timed rounds, the mentorswill share their experiences, successes and challenges through interactive and informalconversation with the EHL members.

    Feisal Keshavjee, CEO of Radiology Consultants

    Feisal Keshavjee is currently the Chief Executive Officer for Radiology ConsultantsAssociated and Mayfair Diagnostics, a position he has held since March 2011. Hestarted his career in health administration in Calgary in the early nineties withprogressive leadership positions at the Foothills and Calgary General Hospitals. Since,he has been directly involved in numerous regionalization-related projects in Calgary,he joined Ernst & Young's health consulting practice in New Zealand for several yearswhere he was involved in a number of strategic transformation initiatives in NewZealand, Australia and Malaysia.

    Brenda Huband, Calgary Zone Senior Vice-President, Alberta Health Services

    Brenda Huband is the Alberta Health Services Senior Vice President - Calgary Zone,holding joint accountability for overall health service delivery in Calgary andsurrounding areas. Responsible for overall health service delivery in Calgary andsurrounding areas, Ms. Huband also has accountability for a number of ProvincialPrograms. She is a proven progressive leader with extensive experience in the Albertahealth system including rural, regional and urban health settings, focusing on acute care,continuing care, aboriginal health, seniors health, public health and administration.

    Patricia Pelton, Vice Chair, Health Quality Council of Alberta (HQCA) &Executive Director, World Alliance of YMCAs & Senior Healthcare Consultant

    Patricia Pelton is Vice Chair of the Health Quality Council of Alberta (HQCA) Board,Chairs the HQCA Patient Safety Committee and is a member of the HQCA Audit andFinance and Executive Committees. Patricia is Canada's representative and ExecutiveMember of the World Alliance of YMCAs. She also Chairs the Image and ImpactCommittee for the World Alliance of YMCA's. Patricia is currently member at large ofthe YMCA Calgary Strategy Committee and is the Past Chair of YMCA Canada. Patriciaserved as Vice Chair of SEARCH Canada, an organization committed to knowledgetransfer in the healthcare system, until its wind down in 2009.

    Feisal was the Director of Business Development for the University of Calgary, Faculty of Medicine from 2002o 2007. Prior to joining Radiology Consultants, Feisal was the General Manager (Western Canada) for GE

    Healthcare, a $17B business of the General Electric Company - a position he held from January 2007. Feisalholds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Calgary, a Master of Health Administration from theUniversity of Ottawa, a CMA designation and a Certified Health Executive designation from the CanadianCollege of Health Leaders (CCHL).

    Born and raised in Alberta, Ms. Huband graduated from the Royal Alexandra Hospital School of Nursing,subsequently earning a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (with distinction) at the University of Alberta and aMaster of Science in Administration (Health Services) at the Central Michigan University. Ms. Huband alsoholds the designation of Certified Health Executive (CHE) with the Canadian College of Health Leaders.

    Physical Therapist by background, Patricia has worked in small and large business, education and health;

    om 2001 2006, Patricia served as Chief Executive Officer of the Northern Lights Health Region. Currentlyatricia is a Senior Healthcare Consultant liaising within the health system, NGO's and government. Patriciaads an active lifestyle, travelling, sailing, running, reading and enjoying family and friends.
