Executive Order No. 292 (Administrative Code 1987) Batas Pambansa Blg. 325, the General Provisions of the General Appropriations Act and Executive Order No. 159, s. 1994, the Maritime Industry Board approved on 30th of May 1997 the Management’s recommendation on a revised schedule of fees and charges listed in “ANNEX A”, which shall be imposed and collected by the Maritime Industry Authority.
