rules and performing simulation studies to check the operating characteristics of various design
parameters.
For Phase-I trials, monitor and provide dose escalation/de-escalation decisions for various designs
including CRM (Continual Reassessment Method) and Traditional Dose Escalation design,
communicating dose-escalation decisions to study chairs; and performing simulation studies to
inform the decision-making process in trial design and operation.
For Phase-II trials, monitor trials for early stopping rules and interim analyses as well as analyzing
the data to address the primary objectives and correlative study objectives such as biology and
neuroimaging studies. .
Prepare Semiannual Meeting Book Reports for PBTC membership and for PBTC DSMB; this
includes but not limited to generating toxicity and adverse events tables, providing Biostatistician’s
