QMICE is an easy one-stop solution for incentive planners and conference organisers, who are looking to simplify their planning process while receiving attractive benefits and discounts for their events.

Qatar Airways is introducing QMICE to cater to the needs of the meetings industry around the world. We are encouraging meeting and incentive planners, as well as conference and event organisers, to extend their business opportunities to Qatar and any destination within Qatar Airways’ rapidly growing network.

Meeting & Incentive GroupsAre you planning a meeting or incentive travel with 20 to 300 passengers travelling in groups?

Corporate event managers or appointed travel management companies can submit requests through QMICE and receive a host of benefits:

Submit your group request online with a fast response time

Ability to break down your group movements into bookings of less than 10 passengers

Book add-on flights on selected oneworld carriers

Benefit from flexible down-payment conditions

Receive a quote for your group more than 12 months ahead of departure (outside of normal reservation windows)

On-board announcements and dedicated check-in for large groups are available upon request

Our local sales office will contact you and manage your requirements

Optional services include booking Al Maha‘s Meet-and-Greet service, stopovers, city tours, and visa arrangements in Doha through Discover Qatar

Conference & Exhibition OrganisersAre you planning a large conference or exhibition with more than 300 international attendees travelling individually?

Professional conference organisers, international association buyers and appointed travel management companies can register events with QMICE and receive a host of benefits:

Register online and submit a request for a “Preferred Airline” proposal with a fast turnaround time; terms and conditions can be approved online

Attendees can book discounted fares online or through appointed travel agents

Organisers can enjoy the same conditions for their site inspection trips to the event destination

Applicable on Qatar Airways and selected oneworld add-on flights

Organisers can earn Qmiles through their attendees’ bookings

Organisers can brand Qatar Airways on your website

Optional services include booking Al Maha’s Meet-and-Greet service, stopovers, city tours, and visa arrangements in Doha through Discover Qatar

1. Select “Submit your Meeting and Incentive group request now” if:

You are a corporate event manager, meeting planner, or travel agent requesting a group fare quote for a minimum of 20 passengers who will be travelling from one or multiple origins to one destination

You need to block seats at a guaranteed fare until passenger names are provided to you

Enter your contact and event details and submit the request. We will contact you within 72 hours to process the request.

2. Select “Register your Conference and Exhibition now” if:

You are a conference organiser, an international association, or an appointed travel agent requesting a “Preferred Airline” proposal to support your conference or exhibition, for attendees who are booking individually

You need to provide your attendees with a Promo Code for their online bookings with Qatar Airways

You need to provide your travel agent with ticketing instructions and fares

Enter your contact and event details and submit your request. We will send you our proposal within 48 hours.

QATAR NATIONAL CONVENTION CENTRE (QNCC)

In keeping with Qatar’s emerging status as a global hub of ideas and innovation, the Qatar National Convention Centre was built to be one of the world’s most sophisticated convention and exhibition centres, ideal for hosting a range of events.

The venue features a multi-purpose 4,000-seat conference hall, a 2,300-seat theatre, three auditoria and a total of 52 flexible meetings rooms to accommodate multiple breakout sessions. It also houses 40,000 square metres of exhibition space over nine halls, and is adaptable to seat 10,000 delegates for a conference or banquet.

With a focus on sustainability, QNCC was built according to the standards of the u.S. Green building Council’s Leadership in Energy and Environment design (LEEd). QNCC has successfully hosted some of the most significant international events and was named the ‘best Events Venue 2013’ by Middle East Event Awards and ‘Middle East’s Leading Exhibition & Convention Centre 2014’ by World Travel Awards.
