5. If any culture data (i.e. Culture Period, Culture Starting Month and Culture Starting Year)

is not entered correctly at kiosk level

7. Enter FDO Remarks and select action either Forward to JD or Rejected (Here, I am

selecting Forward to JC) and click on Submit Button as depicted in below figure
