Whether you’re religious or not, Buddhist or Christian or part of the Temple of the Jedi Order (it exists!), you have to admit that interest in meditation has skyrocketed. Even if you’re averse to those urban meditation hub, you don’t need to go hum and haw on a tranquil mountain top in a remote monastery in Nepal — lots of people practice meditation in the comfort of their own homes (so you can hand over that plane ticket to me now). For many pregnant women, meditation is a practical way to improve both your physical and your mental health and that of your baby’s.
