• The Clinical Need; failure to lubricate causes wire to stick= Risk to patient= Delay/abandonment of procedure= Waste of wire, waste of theatre time= Major cost implications
• MDi’s First Steps: • Filed patent on wire lubricator device via United Bristol Healthcare Trust.
