The annual MANDATORY FISDAP testing for all Paramedics will begin on
October 24th and will run through December 21st on select dates and times. New
employees who attended an assessment center more than six months prior to
October 1st must take the FISDAP exam. Employees who attended an
assessment center less than six months prior to October 1st have the option to
re-test in order to improve their FISDAP score.
If you do not remember your account information that you used for your last
FISDAP test, you will need to go to https://members1.fisdap.net/forgotpw.php to obtain that information prior to
coming in for your scheduled test.
If you would like to utilize practice materials available on the FISDAP website, contact a member of Medical Services
for instructions
This testing is mandatory for all providers functioning at the paramedic level.
Contact one of the following to schedule your FISDAP exam:
Sam Barnes 704.943.6143 Brian Shimberg 704.943.6142
Johnathon Bobbitt 704.943.6026 Tom Porcelli 704.943.6024
Trevor Taylor 704.943.6025 Elisabeth Mitchell 704.943.6132
Changes to the Evaluation of FISDAP Scores
Moving forward, FISDAP test scores will be used in conjunction with simulation scores and other tools to assist in the
annual training evaluation process. A closer examination of employee FISDAP scores will help to get the right type of
training to each employee as a means of improving their overall knowledge base and skill set. FISDAP test scores will also
be used to help determine baseline knowledge for promotions within Medical Services.
Advanced notice is being given so that employees have ample time to prepare for the upcoming FISDAP test. Please
contact a member of Medical Services if you have any questions about the upcoming MANDATORY FISDAP test.
