CONTENT HIGHLIGHTS
www.installation-international.com www.newbaymedia.com
Creation
Create. Curate. Collaborate. These are the three pillars by which
Installation services the content needs of our readership and
our partners. Our content creation services draw on the vast
experience and expertise of our renowned team of editors and
industry journalists to offer truly independent coverage of the
installed AV sector.
Our Features analyse issues, technologies and application
sectors within the industry. Drawing on the views of a number
of industry experts, our writers seek to understand how and why
the current conditions have come to prevail, and what the future
directions will be – so that our readers can make the most of
the opportunities that arise.
Each of our Solutions pieces looks in depth at an installed
AV project. Wherever in the world it is located, in whatever
application sector it is based, our fundamental approach remains
the same: understanding how the installed solution fulfilled the
brief of the client. We believe that sharing best practice in this
way is a key way in which Installation can bring added value to
its readers.
Curation
The curation of industry opinion and analysis is a vital part of
our content offering, allowing an independent platform for
our partners to provide thought leadership to the Installation
audience. In both print and digital, Installation offers peer-to-peer
knowledge sharing through the publication of key interviews,
opinion pieces, and analysis.
Collaboration
The development of relevant, quality content is increasingly
becoming a collaborative process, as key media outlets work
in partnership with innovative technology companies to bring
insight and clarity to complex industry issues. Installation’s
supplements, e-books, and white paper opportunities are an
increasingly popular route to market for companies seeking a
presence as a thought leader in the marketplace.

InstallAwards
The InstallAwards have always been built around acknowledging that
great installations are a combination of technology and people. Just
as different products are brought together to bring an installation to
fruition, so are the talents of people with many different functions,
frequently working for different companies. So as well as recognising
the best and most innovative projects in different application sectors,
we make a number of awards for the high-achieving teams that
bring them about. Similarly, we judge our awards for products within
the context of the most successful projects that have used them.
Additionally, the Installation Hall of Fame recognises the key
people and companies that have had a lasting impact on the
development of the industry.
All of this adds up to an event that has grown each year, becoming
more popular both with entrants and commercial partners.
Boutique roundtables and briefings
Installation’s boutique conference-style events offer an
opportunity like no other for partners to enhance their
credentials as thought leaders within the market. Working in
collaboration with the Installation editorial and commercial
teams, partners are able to develop bespoke editorial packages
around key industry topics and trends through invitation-
only events and discussion groups that are reported on and
distributed to our print and digital audience.
Our roundtable packages offer clients the ability to co-host
an event with Installation and leverage our contact base to
invite senior figures from the broadcast market to participate
in the discussion. Moderated by Installation, this closed event
has no audience and is recorded only in audio – promoting the
kind of free discussion that traditionally makes these events so
illuminating and, at times, controversial.
Webinars
Webinars are a popular and growing part of our bespoke events
portfolio. Using a specialist hosting partner, Installation webinars
are a great way to employ your thought leadership to educate our
audience.
We will work with clients to identify and build the webinar
content, identify co-speakers and moderators where necessary,
and market the broadcast of the webinar to targeted portions
of our audience. We offer conference, case study and video
webinars, with all sessions enjoying significant marketing
exposure and a post-broadcast on-demand facility.
