Ho Chi Minh City, 29 th of December 2013 „How wonderful it is that nobody need wait a single moment before starting to improve the world.” Anne Frank To whom it may concern, I’m glad to endorse Tran Ngoc Ngan for the position of the Member Committee President of AIESEC in Vietnam in the term 2014/2015. I have been working with Ngan since December 2012 when she was selected as a Local Committee President of LC FTU HCM. The first thing I have noticed about her was her great eagerness to move AIESEC forward by implementing innovative solutions to increase the organizational performance. At that time, we were working together to implement the new structure for her LC and from the time perspective, I can say that I am satisfied about the result of that change. I truly admire Ngan seeing how successfully she has built her EB team. Regardless the differences of characteristics and habits of different members of a team, they managed to build the team working close together, achieving many successes and creating a bigger and stronger LC. Moreover, despite of the pressure of high goals, I can see how they really enjoy the EB experience and how they appreciate the time they spend together. I believe that Ngan’s vision of building the team basing on a foundation of common values was the reason for this success. Finally, I believe in Ngan’s determination in developing youth in Vietnam. All her effort, every day striving for AIESEC growth comes from Ngan’s motivation to contribute more to Vietnamese society which I believe is an important feature every AIESECer in Vietnam should have. Having mentioned all above, with confidence I am saying that Ngan Tran is a great candidate for the MCP 14-15 position of AIESEC in Vietnam. I’m grateful to her for taking this challenge and standing for what she believes is right for our organization. I am happy to answer all your questions if you have any!
