Educational Opportunities – Industry Workshops Hotel Industry workshops (Hyatt on Wacker): • Held at Hyatt Hotel at the beginning and end of day • $2,900 as an opportunity fee

Industry Workshop Theater in the exhibit hall: • 6 slots – 60 minutes • $12,500 per slot. The theater has hard walls and is located in the front of the exhibit hall • Basic AV (screen, projector, microphone) and signage is included in the on floor theater

Export Interest Directory The AACC Annual Meeting & Clinical Lab Expo attracts lab

professionals from around the globe and you need to let them know that you are ready to do business! Exhibitors are invited to participate in the complimentary Export Interest Directory—a directory of exhibitors with a summary of their product lines and where they are seeking international representation (product must be at least 51% US content). Exhibiting companies interested in exporting products will be listed in both the online (searchable) and print versions of the Export Interest Directory. The directory will be available to global distributors prior to, during and after the exposition.

In 2014, we will have 2 press conference rooms. This allows AACC to offer exhibitors more opportunities to hold press conferences on Tuesday and Wednesday, when they will get the most coverage from reporters As in 2013, these press conference rooms will consist of the following: • Seating for 36 people • A podium including a microphone and sound system • An LCD projector, and a projection screen • Speaker phone capability in each press conference room. Organizations holding press conferences will be responsible for providing call-in numbers for their event and for promoting call-in information to reporters who are covering it remotely. • Press conferences will begin each hour, on the hour, and will last no longer than 45 minutes
