Investment Promo7on Protec7on Agreements (IPPA's) which guarantee Mauri7an investment with respect to expropria7on and social unrest in contrac7ng states. They also provide for arrangements for seqlement of disputes between investors and the contrac7ng states. Mauri7us has signed IPPA's with 36 countries.
• Mauri7us shows a long and solid banking tradi7on and corporate culture. Over the years a number of interna7onal banks, funds, accountancy firms, and other financial ins7tu7ons have been incorporated in the country and have successfully serviced the Mauri7an Interna7onal Financial Centre.

agreed tax and transparency standards (whitelisted jurisdic7on).
• Mauri7us fiscal regime is simple: • Harmonized corporate and income tax ranging from 3% to 15% • No tax on dividends • No capital gains tax • No inheritance tax • > 37 Double Taxa7on Agreements (DTA) signed with leading OECD countries
• 100% foreign ownership is allowed • There is no exchange control, moreover, thanks to the bilateral agreements, the free repatria7on of
