Should you be elected, what are three specific areas youd like to change, address, improveor further research, and how specifically would you go about it?:

    1. . Due to the success and popularity of our growing school district, sporting programs andfter school activities, pedestrian traffic from overflow parking at the shopping center has

ncreased. As a licensed professional engineer I will pursue funding for a safety study topotentially implement a mid-block pedestrian crosswalk in the vicinity of the high schoolootball stadium.___________________________________________________________________________________

    2. Work alongside stakeholders on a plan to safely and effectively continue to improve theCitys recreation park behind the school campus. Pursue funding in the 2014 budget for aomprehensive planning study regarding the Citys Chardon Road park property

28+acres). Request that Council and the Administration pursue three grants I identified toid in the construction costs. The first being the Land and Water Conservation Fund, theRecreational Trails Program and the Clean Ohio Trail Fund.__________________________________________________________________________________

    3. With the sanitary sewer project complete pursue economic development in the HistoricTown District and work with stakeholders for affordable senior housing.______________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________

Whether for past accomplishments or future goals, why should voters elect you?

ask for my fellow citizens vote and trust for a second term because of my knowledge and

background as a Transportation Engineer at the Ohio Department of Transportation. Withlat revenues, state funding cuts to our local government fund and ever increasingnflationary costs on the city, my expertise in the field of roadway engineering and plandevelopment is an invaluable asset to the city. I will continue to bring the State of Ohiosbest management practices (BMPs) all while continually identifying grant funding sourcesor Council and the Administration to consider.___________________________________________________________________________________
