Question BThe data we collected for each car (cost) was not consistent because of several factors: type of car, company and price. The numbers are different from each source because they are different companies and different cars, and the brand might be more popular or well known than others. I do not believe there is a bias in the price of the cars because it’s a set company price unless you can strike a deal with them.

Question FFactors the affect the vehicle is brand, year made, popularity, gas consumption, mileage, looks, and quality. It also depends on what car you are looking for. If you’re looking for a family car, it isn’t going to be priced as a sports car would be.

Page 13: Math Project: Cars

Question GI think that the ten vehicles that I chose all have a good price. A lot of them are very cheap (-$25,000). A few of the vehicles are in the middle range ($35,000 - $60,000), and although there are more expensive vehicles in the list, they are good for their price due to their companies/brands (e.g. Porche/Mercedes–Benz) and what facts show about the quality of the vehicles (they are good quality most of the time).

Question HAgain, it’s what type of car you’re looking for, but out of the cars, we have chosen the Chevrolet Colorado. It can be useful for camping or trips. Plus, you can store lots of items in the back. It can go off-road and is very cheap. The Volkswagen Touareg on the other hand, would be a nice family car for the price. It looks very nice and there is lots of room in the car for a family.
