Move between practitioners during your work day using the Next and Previous button
The clear practitioner list button will clear the current history of practitioners for the current MSOW session.

The Facility grid
The facilities grid can be modified to display information that is most useful to your organization. Here is an example of the Next reappointment and CQ expiration being added to the facility grid.This view can be modified thru the Administrative tools setup, configurables.

User Defined
User defined field allows you to track organization specific information.
User defined can be at the practitioner level or the facility level.

User Defined at the Facility Level
Here is an example of a user defined screen at the Practitioner facility level. You can add radial buttons, text boxes, combination drop down boxes and more.

Response LettersResponse letters give you the ability to quickly and efficiently reply to requests for information

Response Letter Select Screen
Response letter select screen allows you to setup your response letter utilizing your Hospitals, Universities, or Managed Care payers tables. You can also add items not in a table or send a letter to a practitioner in you MSOW.

Batch LabelsBatch labels gives you the ability to do labels quickly on the fly.
Batch labels give you the ability to use the criteria tab to select a population you want to create labels for.
At the bottom of the screen you have the ability to define what address you labels will have on them and the order in which they will print.
You also have the option to pick the type of labels you use.

Criteria TabThe criteria tab is a fantastic tool to help select populations of providers in your database with similar attributes.
You can select criteria from as many or as few areas as you need.
The other section even lets you select your user defined fields.

Practitioner Export
Practitioner Export is used to collect information from the MSOW for use in a Microsoft Word or Excel format. This can then be used in a Word Mail Merge, or for creation of lists. 15
Batch Print Images
When you need to print or view a particular document that pertains to a population of your Providers the View Practitioner Images button comes in handy.
Select View Practitioner Images from the Images drop down.
Use the Criteria tab to select the Population your interested in.

This is where you select the document or documents you are interested in viewing for the population you selected.

Time to Clean upTables are always in need to cleaning.
The three Merge functions can help with this daunting task.
BE CAREFUL!!
Once you Merge two entries there is no undoing it.
