All rated and unrated players are eligible to participate. No age limit. A player should nothave touched the rating 1600 or above in the last 3 years.One player will be given one prize only. Main category or other lower category,whichever cash prize is higher. If both cash prizes are the same then the main category prize will be given irrespectiveof the additional trophy in a lower category.

TIME CONTROL
30 minutes + 30 seconds increment per move from move number one.
DEFAULT TIME
15 minutes
TIE BREAK1. BH (Cut 1 least scoring opponent), 2. BH (No cut), 3. SB (No cut), 4. Direct Encounter5. Greater number of victories (including forfeits)
PROTESTS
Protests if any, against the decision of the chief arbiter shall be made in writing with a protest fee ofRs.1000/- within 15 mins of the occurrence of the incident to the appeal committe. The protest fee willbe refunded if the appeal is upheld.
APPEAL COMMITTEEBefore the commencement of the Tournament, appeal committee will be formed from the seniorparticipants present at the players meeting. The appeals committee decisions will be final and blindingon all players concerned.
WITHDRAWALS
A player may withdraw at any stage of the event, after informing the chief arbiter in writing.
WRIST WATCHES AND MOBILE PHONES
AICF has banned the wrist watches while playing FIDE rated events. Players are instructed not to wearwrist watches while playing.
Mobile phones strictly not allowed. If you bought to hall must be kept in seperate bag in switchoff mode.
Violating the rule in above both cases will lead to the loss of the game.
RULESAICF registration for the year 2021-22 is compulsory for all participants. AICF registration fee of Rs.250
can be paid directly through the AICF site http://www.aicf.in
Any legal issues and legal proceedings according to this tournament is coming under HYDERABAD
DISTRICT COURT, TELANGANA.
Latest FIDE rules shall Apply. No Sharing of cash prize. Swiss Format.

TDS ON PRIZE MONEY
Applicable TDS amount will be deducted from the prize money won by the players. No request forwaiver of TDS or GST will be entertained.
REFUND
Entry Fee will not be refunded in case of absence.
