Working for one of the most successful sports entertainment franchises in the country, you’ll be vital to providing great experiences to hundreds of thousands of fans this summer. e ideal candidate must enjoy working in a fast-paced, energetic environment and be willing to work extra, non-traditional hours when needed. e ideal candidate must also have strong organizational skills, be able to multi-task, possess a positive work ethic, and strive to be great in everything they do. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Exhibiting “unsurpassed customer service” at all times. Assist with various game day items, such as passing out game programs, greeting fans, pre-game parades, etc. Assisting guests with questions they may have while at ballpark or during special events. Working special events at the ballpark. Helping with sponsor promotions. Assisting with various marketing projects on an as-needed basis. Taking on extra tasks and asking for additional projects when you have completed an assignment. Creating giſt bags for tours/VIPs and making sure inventory is stocked and ready at all times. Providing informational, exciting, and accurate stadium tours before Dragons games and for the Field Trip Program. Taking, downloading, organizing, framing (using Photoshop), and emailing digital pictures. START/END DATES & HOURS Late February - Late October 2020 Home games: 5:15pm – 9pm Monday thru Saturday; 12:15pm – 4:00pm on Sunday. Training sessions TBD (all three sessions are mandatory) - likely three Saturdays in March, 9am-3pm each session. Additional hours TBD for events at the park and special projects (events typically occur on nights/ weekends when the team is out of town) COMPENSATION $8.55/hour. Dragons can assist with paperwork if class/course credit is applicable.
