1st John 2:22 Who is a liar but

he that denieth that Jesus is the

    Christ? He is antichrist, that

denieth the Father and the Son.

Do you know who thefather of all liars is??

One thing I tried to teach

my children was not to lie.

Just tell the truth and be

    done with it.

    There are groups that teach

Jesus was just a man, a

    great teacher, and a healer.

But friend, there is more to

    Jesus than that! Jesus was

    all man

and is all GOD. Jesus is the

greatest teacher of all time, and, because HE created

man, Jesus can heal man of

    any disease or ailment.

    Plus, Jesus can, and wants

to save man from hell. It

seems odd to me, but, the

    same group that teaches

Jesus was just a man, also,

teaches there is no hell. I

    suppose if you will lie

    about one thing then youll

    lie about any other thing.

    Just because you dont

    believe something does not

    make it so. The TRUTH

    will become known. Jesus

    is the TRUTH.

    God Bless,

    Walter D. Hill D. Min.

    What IsInsurance?

Reminder: Sign-up for the Affordable Care Act Ends

March 31. Take advantage of it while you can!

People often ask me, What exactly is insurance? On

its most basic level, insurance is simply the transfer of risk.

Instead of you being responsible for an entire loss, you

assume a small portion of the risk, referred to as a

deductible, and an insurance company assumes the remain-

der of the risk. The fee for assuming the risk is known as apremium, or the amount you pay for your coverage.

With life insurance you are protecting your loved ones

from debt you owe at the time of you death as well as cre-

ating an instant estate for your family.

Several types of life insurance are available, including

term life, whole life and guarantee issue life for those who

have a difficult time qualifying for traditional life insur-

    ance.

Call us today to discuss the many options you have

available for life insurance. With over 50 companies rep-

resented, we can tailor a plan just for you and your family.

    According to the

    Georgia Department of

    Public Health, immu-

    nization requirementsfor children who will

    attend 7th grade in the

    fall have been revised to

    align with the current

    recommendations of the

    Advisory Committee on

    Immunization Practices

    (ACIP), the American

    Academy of Pediatrics

(MP), and the AmericanAcademy of Family

    Physicians (AAFP).

    Beginning in the 2014-

    2015 school year, 7th

    grade students must

    have Tdap and meningo-

    coccal vaccine immu-

    nizations prior to enter-

    ing school.

    Department officials

    believe these new school

    requirements will lead to

    an increase in immu-

    nization coverage in

    Georgia and reduce dis-

    ease. Data from the

    National Immunization

    Survey (NIS) ranked

    Georgia 39th in Tdap

    rates and 22nd in

    meningococcal rates.Implementation of the

    new requirements will

    increase vaccine cover-

    age rates and protect

    Georgias children and

    families. The team is

    optimistic that the

    reduction in disease will

    result in a reduction of

    school absentee ratesand thereby, improve

    student performance.

    During the early 70's my

    mom, dad, Phyllis and I

    visited my brother, Gary,

    in the West Indies,

Antiqua. I have alreadytold you about the plane

trip is a story in its self.

    While we were there

    Gary wanted to take dad

    on a deep sea fishing

    trip. I dont know what

    possessed me but Etta

and I went also. I dont

    like boats, never have.

So what am I doing onthis one? I guess I just

    lost my mind. We started

    out early in the morning

    trying to beat the heat.

    My mom was staying

home to care for the chil-

    dren.

    When we got on the

dock Im not sure what I

    expected but it was not

    what I saw. It was a 36

    foot fishing boat. Just

    enough room for the four

    of us and the Captain.

    Did I say Captain? I

    almost backed out.

Gary talked me into it so

    I went with reservations.

I get sea sick just by

looking at the water sowe had stocked up on sea

sick pills. I seemed to be

fine as long as the boat

    was moving. There were

    times went we had to

stop the motor and justfloat. Every time we

    stopped I took a pill. I

    came close to overdosing

    myself. I slept for twelve

    hours when we got

    home.

    Jim Morgan our

    Captain told us the fur-

ther out we went the big-

ger the fish. Personally Iwould have been happy

with a six inch fish. That

    just happened to be the

size of the fish we were

    putting on our fishing

lines. For the sake of my

dad I said Lets go. But

I wanted to be able to see

    land. Once Jim had

    stopped the boat I turned

    around and didnt see

    anything but waves.

    Thirty foot swells almost

as high as our boat was

    long. If you have ever

looked behind you andcould not see anything

but wall of water, it is

not a good feeling. I did-

    nt see land anywhere. I

told Jim I had to see

    land. He told me we

were just ten miles out. It

    might just as well have

    been a hundred miles, I

wanted to see land. I askhim if he would go just

one mile in so I could

see land. By this time he

    was giving me some

    Health Tip

    Want More

    Energy?

West Ga. Back Pain Center, 706-616-6775

This time of the year there is not a whole lot of sunshine. And

sunshine is light energy. Plants take it in and thru photosynthesis

make energy. When we take it in thru our eyes (if we dont wear

sunglasses) the sun stimulates our pituitary and pineal glands,

which are located right behind our eyes. The pineal gland

secretes serotonin and melatonin, which are very important ingetting quality sleep, which allows your body to repair itself

    properly.

The pituitary makes nine different hormones like growth

hormone, which keeps your muscles big and tight. And

remember every pound of lean muscle burns up to 20 calories/hr

more than fat. So what is the answer if there is not alot of

sunshine or we spend too much time inside?

Full Spectrum Lighting is the answer, it mimics actual

sunlight. And you can get it at the following website:

Ebay - then type: Full Spectrum Light Bulbs. They just cost a

few bucks and they will make you feel like a million bucks!

    funny looks, like I

    might be crazy. He just

    didn't know the half of

    it.

    We started fishing. We

    had two fishing chairs

    so we took turns. We

    were belted in, which

    really made me uneasy.

I ask why and Jim said

    we were going to catch

some big fish. If I did-

nt want to be in the

    ocean with them I had

to be belted in. Do you

    think he might have

    been a lit tle

    irated with me?

    The first fish I caught

was a Barracuda. It is ascavenger like a catfish.

    They have really long

    sharp teeth. As I was

    reeling him in I thought

it had to be ten footer. I

    finally got him in the

    boat. He flopped down

    about a inch from my

    foot. His mouth was

    working hard to get to

    my foot. You talk about

    jumping and yelling. I

    almost jumped out of

    the boat. Than I remem-

    bered

no land for ten miles. I

couldnt even swim.Again I wondered what

    I was doing here. After

    I calmed down I was

    proud of him. I didnt

    know that we were

    going to give him away.

Jim said he was not the

kind of fish we eat. The

    native people there

    would eat him.

    We caught a lot of

    Barracuda that day. We

    caught a couple of

    sharks but they never

got in the boat. If they

    had I guess I would

    have had to take my

    chance and swim. Dad

saved the day by catch-ing a King Mackerel. It

    fed all of our family

    plus the house keepers

    family and than some.

    Finally we were ready

to go home. I was so

    happy to see land I

    could have kissed it.

But before we got backto land Jim had to crank

the boat. Fear rose up in

    my throat big time. It

    took him awhile and

    finally got it started. I

    told him to hurry before

it quit again. I know he

was glad to get me off

    that boat.

    We got back to the

house and mom had herown water problems.

    One of the children had

    left the water running in

    the bathroom. The

    floors all though the

    house were under about

    a foot of water. Mom

    said she had been mop-

    ping a while.

    I was sun burned really

    bad and sleepy from all

    those sea sick pills.

    Mom was tired from

    mopping. It was a long

day for all of us. I had

    my high adventure on

    the sea I didnt want

    any thing else to do

with water for a while. I

    have never gone deep

    sea fishing again. If I

    did, more than likely, I

    would not be able to

    find anyone that would

    take me.

    A baby camel asked his

    mother, "Why do we have

    such large hoofs on our

    feet?"

She turned to him. "Godmade us that way for a very

    special reason," and she

    began her explanation. "The

big hoofs are to keep us

    from sinking into the sand."

"Oh! So why do we have

    long eyelashes?"

    "It's to protect our eyes

    from the sand."

    "Why the big humps?"

"That is to store fat and

    have enough energy to go

    long distances in the hot

    desert!"

    "I see!" the baby camel

    stretched his neck and

looked up at his mother,"The big hoofs are to keep

    from sinking into the sand,

    the long eyelashes are to

keep the sand out of our

eyes, and the humps are to

    store energy to travel long

    distances -- then what are

we doing in this cage in the

    middle of a zoo?"

Like the camel, I had asked

the same kind of questions. When my blindness set in, I

    initially locked myself in a

    cage of self-pity and bitter-

    ness.

    Weary from pacing within

    that gloomy cage, some-

    thing nudged me to see

    beyond my circumstance

    and unfortunate plight.

    Heavens! What was I think-

    ing? Those bars were self-

    imposed. But worst of all,

    I'd supported them with the

    cold metal of my negative

    attitude.

    Eventually, eagerness to

leave my stuffy cell of dis-

    content prompted me to

open my ears to hear a reas-

suring whisper -- God hadcreated me for much more.

    Itching to break free, I

    broke down those bars and

    stepped out into the desert

    of life. I trudged through

    the heat with determination

    and drive. I endured the

    blistering sun with persever-

    ance and tenacity. I

    quenched my thirst with

    fresh inspiration and

    encouragement. And the

    hooves of confidence kept

    me from sinking into the

    sand of insecurity.

    Thinking ahead, I made

    sure I'd stored a healthy

    supply of wisdom and posi-

    tive attitude to take me

    through the long haul.

    Goodness gracious. Each

    time I reached another point

in my journey, my eyes saw

    a whole new world with

    opportunities to make a dif-

ference. Best of all, I was

delighted with the affirma-tion that I was indeed creat-

    ed for much more!

Bars come in all sizes and

    shapes. Some are physical,

    others are emotional or even

    mental. But none can with-

    stand the force of determi-

    nation that breaks them

down. The effort is worth it

    and the results, simply

    amazing!

    So, batting my long eye-

lashes to keep out the sand

    of discouragement, I chal-

    lenge you --

Step back and peek at what

bars limit you. Take a deep

    breath, break them down,

    and emerge into the fresh-

    ness of a new life!
