For more than 60 years, Easter Seals Oregon has provided comprehensive services to individuals and families throughout Oregon whose lives have been aff ected by autism, developmental, physical and mental disabilities and other special needs.
All proceeds help to ensure that children and adults with autism and other disabilities or special needs and their families have equal opportunities to live, learn, work and play in their communities.

Bring good cheer to your off ice.Your off ice is a busy place. Meetings. Deadlines. Schedules. Sometimes things are downright stressful. But there is something you can do to bring a smile to your fellow colleagues.
When you give fresh-cut tulips during BloomFest 2015 you’ll bring good cheer into the workplace, as well as improve the lives of fellow Oregonians. The tulip fundraiser, hosted by Easter Seals Oregon, supports people with developmental, physical and mental disabilities and their families.
Tulips are sold in bouquets of 10 for just $5. Free delivery is included with orders of $200 or more. It’s easy to give good cheer during BloomFest 2015. Just fi ll out the attached form and remember, the more tulips you give, the more cheer you’ll inspire!

2. Fax, phone or email both forms by Thursday, March 26th for pick-up or delivery between March 30 - April 3. Contact information is available at the bottom of this page.
3. Free delivery is available for orders of 40 or more bouquets. An Easter Seals volunteer will deliver to the location listed on this form. Please circle your preferred delivery or pick-up date.
4. Please have cash, checks and credit card numbers ready at time of delivery or pick-up. Make checks payable to Easter Seals Oregon.
