Grants Pass Seventh-day Adventist Church
Pastor Charles Byrd
March 23, 2019
But thou, O Lord, art a God full of compassion,
and gracious, long suffering,
and plenteous in mercy and truth.
Psalm 86:15
Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.
10:50 AM Today we will be continuing the fourth chapter in
our Happiness for Life book. We’ve looked at the first two
steps in the working model of Confession. Now we’ll look at
the third step and then make some personal applications.
1:00 PM Everyone is welcome to join us for our vegetarian
Sabbath Fellowship Meal in the Better Living Center
following the main church service. This week’s meal is hosted
by church members whose last names begin with M – N.
The blessings of the Sabbath draw to a close
this evening at 7:28 PM
and resume next Friday at 7:34 PM

number of ways you can receive them: 1) request them from the Personal
Ministries Window on Sabbath, 2) call the church office at 541-476-6313, or
3) download the handouts from: https://www.grantspasschurch.com/pastors-
blog. Enjoy!
Better Life TV
Please keep Better Life in prayer as funding is especially challenging this
year. Continual viewer feedback tells us that God is using Better Life to reach
out to souls in these last days. Please join us in prayer that God’s spiritual
lighthouse continues to shine brightly. Thank you!
Dorcas
Many in the community of Grants Pass are blessed with food and clothing that
is distributed from our center. As the number of people in need increases, so
does our need for helpers/workers in the Dorcas, Thrift Store, and Soup
Kitchen. Any amount of time you can volunteer, in any position, would be
greatly appreciated. Currently small camper size propane tanks (empty or
full) are needed, along with men’s heavy duty warm sock. We do NOT need
any more egg cartons. Please call 541-660-9088 for more information. Thank
you!
Church Calendar Scheduling
Please contact the church office prior to planning an event or if you would like
to use a room in the church, the sanctuary, or the Better Living Center. ALL
activities, other than the already-regularly-scheduled ones, must be cleared
with the church office. There are many instances where rooms are already
booked but the information hasn’t been made public.
