HOLIDAY PROGRAM INFO 3C Kidz Care offers a Holiday Care

Program, owned and operated by

Casey City Church for students aged

from 4-12. The service is accredited

and provides a warm, nurturing

environment to encourage children in

their development. The program is run

by caring, committed, Christian staff

and will be held at :

Maranatha Christian School Officer.

We would love you to join us these

holidays, as we explore, create, learn,

share and discover together at 3C!

ENROLMENT DETAILS:

Cost Per Day for Care:

The standard rate of care includes all

meals, in-centre activities, unless other

wise stated on program activities guide.

Cut Off Date: 10th December.

Any bookings made after this date will

be considered Casual Bookings.

If changes to a booking are

necessary, parents are required

to notify the 3C Kidz Care Customer

Service one week (7 days) prior to the

change. Otherwise booked days must

be paid for even if the child is absent.

A $25 enrolment fee applies to

families who have not used any

3C Centre. This fee is

payable once only and is

non-refundable.

CHILD CARE BENEFIT &

CHILD CARE SUBSIDY (CCS):

To be eligible to receive the Child Care

Subsidy you must be registered with the

Family Assistance Office and linked to

the 3C Kidz Care Program. You will

need to provide the office with a CRN

number and date of birth for each child

and the corresponding parent before any

CCS can be applied to the account.

MEAL DETAILS:

BREAKFAST:

Served between 7.15am - 8.00am

MORNING TEA:

Served between 10am - 10:30am

LUNCH:

Served between 12:30pm - 1:30pm

AFTERNOON TEA:

Served between 3.30pm - 4.00pm

* NO NUTS or food containing

traces of nuts, including chocolate

spreads, will be available.

Children will be required to

bring their own named water

bottle.

DRESS & FOOTWEAR:

Appropriate closed-toe footwear must be

worn! No thongs or sandals.

No singlet tops, spaghetti strap tops,

short shorts or short dresses to be worn.

No make-up unless there is a special

dress-up day.

All jackets and jumpers and personal

belongings must be clearly named.

Unnamed clothing left at the centre will

be kept for two weeks. After this time

they will be donated to an Op Shop.

Holiday program, please complete the

booking form. This form must be

completed in addition to the

standard program enrolment form.

Late Fees apply for collection after

6pm.

Activities and incursions listed, may change or be cancelled due to unexpected circumstances beyond our control.

Should a change or cancellation occur, you will be notified.

If an incursion is cancelled, you will only be charged for the care session.

Bookings are strictly subject to availability.

Please ensure you submit your completed Booking Forms via email as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.

If you need to make any change to your booking, we require one weeks notice, otherwise you will be charged for the

day/s as booked.
