BIORECKAT Extended Aeration System is a complete mix system and provides biological treatment for theremoval of biodegradable organic wastes under aerobic conditions. Air may be supplied by mechanical ordiffused aeration to provide the oxygen required to sustain the aerobic biological process. Mixing must beprovided by aeration to maintain the microbial organisms in contact with the dissolved organics. Since thereis complete stabilization is occurred in the aeration tank, there is no need for separate sludge digester.Further primary settling tank is also omitted and settleable organic solids are also allowed to settle in thep y g gaeration tank due to long detention time in the aeration tank

Reckat FRP Pressure Tanks range is from 8”x44” up to 63”x86” with flow capacity from 0,5 m3/hour (8 lpm)up to 45 m3/hour (750 lpm). The maximum operating pressure of the tank is 7 Bar (100 Psi).

The tanks can be filled with the following filter media : Silica Sand : removing of turbidity of the water Activated Carbon : removing of contaminants and impurities from the waterg pMangan Zeolit : removing of manganese, iron and calcium from the water Ion Resin : removing of calcium, magnesium, and certain other metal cations in hard water
