User Manual Viking Combi

The Viking Combi hood is often used on suits for commercial diving and for others

that have use for a simple and flexible hood solution. The Combi hood system has a

solution which is suitable for most light diving helmets and full-face masks on the

market. A damaged hood or neckseal is replaceable without the use of any glue.

Parts included in the Combi hood solution are as follows: 111 010 001 Latex hood

111 020 001 Latex neckseal

111 030 001 Latex cover

111 130 001 Latex collar (the part glued to the suit)

073 105 300 Inner neckring (yellow)

073 182 000 Lockring (black)

076 602 500 Grey opencell insulationhood

Sealing principle Pull the neckseal (111 020 001) over the head and adjust the conical part down along the neck.

Open the neckring and place it in position around the neck.

Pull the upper part of the neckseal up through the ring and down on the outside of the ring.

Pull your head through the latex collar glued to your suit (111 130 001).

Pull the latex collar up over the outside of the neckring and neckseal and place it approx. 1 cm above the edge of the neckring.

Put on the grey opencell insulation hood.

Put on the latex hood (111 010 001). Place it on the outside of the neckring and collar. Attach the black lockring on the outside.

Finally, apply the latex cover (111 030 001) on the outside of the lockring as an extra security measure.
