Currently I am working with HOTEL CROWN PLAZA JAIPUR as a pre-opening staff in food & beverage department as a Senior Guest Service associate.In this hotel I worked in SIROCCO (all day dining), HOUSE Of HAN(Chinese specialty), BANQUET and IN ROOM DINING

HOTEL COUNTRY INN & SUITES BY CARLSON JAIPUR(June 2014 TO June 2015)

I started working here as a steward in June 2014 and promoted as a Steward in April 2015. In this hotel I had work with MOSAIC (all day dining) and THE GREAT KABAB FACTORY(specialty restaurant)

JOB RESPONSBILITY:

Following the hotel SOP’s and policies and procedures of the hotel. Meeting and greeting visitors to the restaurants. Suggest food and beverages to the guest and also try to upsell. Communicate to the guest and provide assistance with their queries. Overseeing breakfast, lunch and dinner shifts Maintaining hygiene and ensuring that health & safety standards meet

the highest specifications. Dealing with and responding to guest complaints, and always

ensuring that the guest leave happy. Completing all paperwork and then filing it accordingly. Help other areas of the restaurant such as answering telephones and

completing financial transactions. Am required to step in for my Team Leader (in his absence). In charge of the store & requisition control of restaurants. Responsible for proper CASH and EDC closing of restaurant.
