MANDIArabic spice Cumin seed /zeera 15gmBlack paper 5gmCinnamon sticks/daar cheeni 1tspNutmeg/jaifal 1tbsCardamom/ ilaichi 10gmCloves/long 10gmStar anise/badyaan 4gmGrind all spices into powder form:Ingredients Chicken whole 3Onion chopped 100gmGarlic chopped 50gmArabic spices 2tbsSalt 2tbsSumac powder 1tbsTurmeric powder/ 1tspVinegar 50mlOlive oil 100mlMethodMix all ingredients in a bowl for marinationMake deep cut on whole chicken and marinate itPlace chicken in baking tray pour ½ cup of water in tray, water will help to give moisture and prevent chicken and spices to burnBake chicken for 45 minutes then do foil rape it and place again in oven for 15 minutes.
