• Select the Department # that coincides with your Cost Center (example: 7594-A01)

• Recruiter: Enter “1-Recruiter, To be assigned – Texas” if you don’t know the Recruiter assigned

Select “Browse” and find document that needs to be attached and click on “Add”. Then select “More Actions” and select send for approval.

Helpful Tips

• Know the right job code before you create the requisition

• Know your department/cost center

• Choose the right location, including physical address

• Know the approval process for your position

• If you don’t know your recruiter, select Recruiter Unknown TX

• Allow 24hrs to process new hire before start date.
