PMSC is a subsidiary of Kawatetsu Steel Corporation of Tokyo, Japan. PMSC is engaged in mining the huge dolomite deposit of Alcoy and Dalaguete, Cebu, programmed at 900,000 tons/year. Dolomite is used in steel and glass making, refractory, construction & others. Recently, PMSC has awarded the operation of the dolomite quarry with a 5 year contract to ANSECA. ANSECA played a vital role in the accreditation process of PMSC ISO 9001.

Lugait Misamis Oriental
- 10-year contract with the following scope of works:
Mine planning and design, quarrying and delivery of limestone, shale and pozzolan at 3.0 Million MT annually, materials handling and rehabilitation pollution abatement measures and environmental protection i.e. dust and noise suppression and reforestation. ANSECA participated actively in the accreditation process of HOLCIM Cement ISO 9001 Management Quality System and ISO 14001 Environmental Management System, and OHSAS-18001.
2. HOLCIM PHILIPPINES, INC. – DAVAO PLANT
Barrio Ilang, Davao City - 10-year contract with the following scope of work:
Engage the services for the delivery of Limestone at 2.1 Million MT annually, Quarry Development and Production Project, Silica Material Handling and Feeding Project, Process Materials Handling and Rehabilitation Project.

A 5-year contract project, renewable upon mutual consent. ADC started the project on June 04, 2010 which responsibility is to mine and deliver Nickel ore and waste materials to the designated area in Dahican, Carrascal, Surigao del Sur. The major activities are as follows:
Mine Development – Waste stripping, extraction of the ore, benching as per mine engineering plans, hauling and dumping to ore stockyards/designated areas.
Construction and maintenance of haul roads dust suppression, silt ponds and silt traps.
Construction and maintenance of designated ore stockyards.

7. ADNAMA MINING RESOURCES, INC. Urbiztondo, Nickel Project Bgy. Urbiztondo, Claver, Surigao del Norte
A 5-year mining contract project, renewable upon mutual consent. ADC started the project on June 01, 2012 with the responsibility to mine and deliver Nickel ore and waste materials to the designated area in Bgy. Urbiztondo, Claver Surigao del Sur. The major activities are as follows:
Developing mining areas, Stripping of waste/overburden materials, Bench forming and pit drainage.
Ore extraction from designated mining area
Transport of nickel ore to designated stockpile areas
Breaking of saprolite material, Stockpile maintenance and pre-piling activities.
Loading of ores to barges/LCT, trimming of loaded or on board the barges/LCT
Construction and maintenance of mine access roads.

Mach Asia Manufacturing Corp. (MAMCOR) - ADC’s maintenance arm which provides services such as track rebuilding, equipment reconditioning, undercarriage repair, engine overhauling, o-ring and hose fabrication and machining jobs.
Mach Asia Trading Corporation (MATCO) - A direct importer of second hand heavy equipment which could be tapped anytime should ADC require additional units for new and existing projects.
SFAG MC - A subsidiary that provides additional manpower requirements of ADC and affiliate companies.

8. THE HUMAN RESOURCE DEPARTMENT
The company has a Human Resource Department whose foremost goal is to accomplish the designated objectives through the productive utilization of its work force. The HRD staff who heads this department are educationally equipped and qualified and are deeply work oriented. There expertise in the area of human resources shall enable them to take an active and enlightened participation towards accomplishing these goals and realize its personnel programs. In achieving these ends, the staff place focus in the maintenance of a harmonious working environment between management and the personnel engaged. The HR Department performs both managerial and operative functions. Thus, it takes care in the planning, organizing, directing and controlling its human resources. Stated differently, both functions involve the procurement, development, compensation, integration, maintenance and separation of personnel. Embraced therein are the pre-employment testing, recruiting and hiring, skills training, disciplinary procedures and counseling, performance evaluation, promotions and transfers and employee / labor relations.
Aside from the aforementioned activities, HRD also takes responsibility in the keeping of personal records and reports, research, insurance benefits, compliance to government circulars, wage/salary administration, health and medical services, retirement programs, attitude surveys, relocation services, supervisory training, community relations, security/plant protection, public relations, administrative services, payroll processing, travel and transportation, maintenance and janitorial services. Finally, the HR Department coordinates with the designated personnel assigned in the various projects the company undertakes with clients in the different areas of the country.

9. SAFETY AND HEALTH PROGRAM
The company’s Safety and Health Program is in place as approved by the Mines and Geosciences Bureau, Department of Environment and Natural Resources, Region VII. It is a continuing program. The mission of the company’s safety management is to achieve a risk-free operation through the establishment and maintenance of a company-wide system for identifying, measuring and controlling performance problems that produce accident loss. These include but not limited to, unsafe work practices, unacceptable working environments, property malfunctions, managerial oversights, and the like. It is the objective of the company to fully incorporate safety into the operational system so that its employees, equipment and environment are amply protected from accidents and that company officials in all levels of supervision take a direct hand pursuing accident prevention activities in accordance with the following standards:

11. ACCREDITATION BY DENR
The company is an Accredited Service Contractor pursuant to Section 143 of Department of Environment and Natural Resources Administrative Order No 96-40 series of 1999. This requirement is a must for all services contractor that has something to do with environmental protection. A service contractor, particularly a foreigner, cannot operate as such in the country without this.
